PURPOSE: A shopping mall management system and a method thereof are provided to efficiently operate a shopping mall by using information for a shopping mall management service. CONSTITUTION: A group classification unit(131) classifies shopping malls. A group determination unit(132) determines a group where a shopping mall which receives a recommendation of a shopping mall management service is included. A service preference evaluation unit(134) evaluates preference for the shopping mall management service which is used by the shopping malls included in the determined group. A service recommendation unit(135) recommends one or more shopping mall management services related to a performance evaluation item to a corresponding shopping mall.
