PURPOSE: A good mentor management system and a method thereof are provided to make a user to see efforts which he/she have made by recording the dream of the user in a notebook. CONSTITUTION: If a member records after performing a mission, a mission performing module(122) uploads a detailed comment as a text or document file type. A mission propagation module(124) shares the mission of the member with all members or designated people. A friend request acceptance module(126) transmits a friend request acceptance signal. A mentor request acceptance module(128) transmits a mentor request acceptance signal.
