This bottle is formed from a synthetic resin material in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom by means of blow molding. The bottom is provided with: a heel of which the upper aperture is connected to the bottom aperture of the body; and a bottom wall that occludes the bottom aperture of the heel and of which the outer edge is a ground-contact section. The bottom wall is provided with: a rising peripheral wall that extends upwards continuously from the inner side in the direction of the bottle diameter of the ground-contact section; an annular mobile wall that protrudes inwards in the direction of the bottle diameter from the upper end of the rising peripheral wall; and a recessed peripheral wall that extends upwards from the inner end in the direction of the bottle diameter of the mobile wall. The mobile wall is disposed in a manner that can pivot centered at the section connecting to the rising peripheral wall in a manner so as to move the recessed peripheral wall upwards, and of the heel, the heel bottom end that is continuous outwards in the direction of the bottle diameter from the ground-contact section is formed with a smaller diameter than the upper heel that is continuous upwards from the heel bottom end.
