CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND LINER FOR PROSTHETIC LIMB DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a carbon fiber composite material using a carbon nanofiber; a method for manufacturing the same; and a liner for a prosthetic limb device.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a carbon fiber composite material includes a step (a) of kneading a carbon nanofiber of 0.4 nm to 230 nm in average diameter in a silicone rubber to thereby obtain a first mixture, a step (b) of kneading the first mixture for 3 min to 10 min by an open roll with a roll gap of ≤0.1 mm to thereby obtain a second mixture, and a step (c) of subjecting the second mixture to a tight milling by an open roll with a roll gap of ≤0.5 mm to thereby obtain the carbon fiber composite material.
