The present invention relates to a method and a system for a payment based on a voice call, and a payment server, a communication terminal and a recording medium for same. The system for payment according to the present invention includes: a storage medium for storing franchise phone number information and unique information on a franchise used for requesting and processing a payment approval, which are associated with each other; an application management unit for managing an application which is installed in a user communication terminal, and confirms phone number information on a franchise communication terminal and information about a payment for an order via a voice call when the user communication terminal and the franchise communication terminal are connected via the voice call; an information receiving unit for receiving the phone number information on the franchise communication terminal, information about the payment for an order, and payment means information on a user through the user communication terminal or the application provided to the user communication terminal; an information confirmation unit for confirming the franchise phone number information which is matched with the phone number information on the franchise communication terminal received through the information receiving unit using the storage medium, and confirming the unique information on the franchise to be paid, which is associated with the confirmed franchise phone number information; and an information processing unit for generating payment approval request data according to the payment for an order, using information about the payment for the order received through the information receiving unit, the payment means information on the user required in the payment for the order, and the unique information on the franchise to be paid confirmed through the information confirmation unit, and processing the request for the payment approval by transmitting the generated payment approval request data to a server in a communication network.
