<p>PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell using a niobium oxide and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve energy conversion efficiency of a solar cell by applying the niobium oxide having a great surface area. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor oxide is formed through an anodizing process of niobium metal(S100). A conductive material is coated on the surface of a transparent conductive substrate(S200). A dye is absorbed to a microstructure surface of the semiconductor oxide(S300). The semiconductor oxide is bonded to the transparent conductor substrate(S400). An electrolyte is injected into the space between the transparent conductive substrates(S500).
