PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of trialkoxysilane is provided to secure a continuous removal of products from the side reaction and foreign substances which contaminates a solution from the reaction environment and which is able to be a catalyst of the side reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of trialkoxysilane comprises: a step which pulverizes silicon in solute into the minute particle size ranged from 30 to 100 micrometers, and directly use the solute in a trialkoxysilane synthesizing process; a continuous synthesizing step of the trialkoxysilane which supplies suspension of the loss amount of silicon and absolute alcohol for the reaction to a reactor, to make the continuous and stable reaction by calculating the consumption of suspension from the synthesized trialkonysilane to maintain the amount of silicon which is supplied to the reactor and the amount of silicon from the completed reaction be the same; and a foreign substance removal step which supplements the solute by continuously supplying the solute in the bleeding amount to the reactor as the suspension composition.
