<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a choke coil capable of easily ensuring the mechanical strength of a core with a simple structure which is not a conventional ER core and EE core, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A choke coil 10 adopts a dust core as a material of a core and includes a rectangular frame-shaped outer core 11, a bobbin 13 which is equipped to a frame of the outer core 11 and around which a coil 14 is wound, and a core rod-shaped inner core 12 which is a magnetic core of the bobbin 13 and has a center axis A parallel with a winding axis direction of the coil 14. The inner core 12 is interposed between two plane surfaces so as to make the center axis A orthogonal to the two plane surfaces 11b opposing to each other on an inner surface of the outer core 11. A mold portion for molding the coil 14 and the bobbin 13 fills resin between both end surfaces of the frame, by using the outer core 11 as a mold frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
