<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management program, a communication control program, a data management apparatus, a communication control apparatus, and a data management system which can achieve a high quality device management service. <P>SOLUTION: A data management program makes a computer function as a data management apparatus 100 that is connected to a communication control apparatus 200 for controlling data communication between a first network 10 where response request data on an electronic device 310 is sent and a second network 20 where response result data is sent, and manages history data on the response request. The data management program makes a computer perform a sending step for sending response request data to the communication control apparatus 200, a receiving step for receiving response result data from the communication control apparatus 200, and a history management step for managing, on the basis of response request data and response result data, a series of response state histories from reception of response request to obtaining of a response result for the response request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
