<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting tool with a check valve capable of easily spouting an adequate amount of content irrespective of the amount of a content in a container, simplifying its structure, and favorable in durability and cost performance, and a cap therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting tool is attached to a mouth of a container for spouting the content by applying pressure to the container from the outside. The spouting tool includes an annular valve seat projecting inward of the spouting tool. An elastic valve mounting piece extending inwardly from the valve seat includes an elastic piece extending in the center direction from the valve seat, and a mounting part connected to an inner end of the elastic piece, and having an engagement hole in its center. An attachment section of the check valve is inserted in and engaged with the engagement hole. An elastically deformable valve formed at the outer circumference of the mounting part covers a spouting opening formed between the valve seat and the mounting part, and an outer circumferential end of the valve is tightly attached to the valve seat. The elastic valve mounting piece and the valve are deformed upwardly by pressure from the outer side of the container, and the content is spouted from the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
