<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viral vector with increased gene introduction efficiency to cells, especially tumor cells. <P>SOLUTION: A viral vector in which an estrogen responsive sequence-added foreign gene is incorporated has remarkably improved gene introduction efficiency to cells, especially tumor cells, and is useful for genetic treatments.
