<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating cervical cancer or cells infected with human papilloma virus. <P>SOLUTION: Interleukin-20 (IL-20) can be administered alone or in conjunction with radiation or chemotherapeutic agents or surgical excision of the involved cells or lesions.
