<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition with which a colored pattern having excellent linearity can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition includes a colorant, a resin, a polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator. The resin includes a copolymer having: a structural unit derived from at least one kind selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides; a structural unit derived from a monomer having a 2-4C cyclic ether structure and an ethylenically unsaturated bond; and a structural unit derived from a monomer expressed by formula (x). The content of the structural unit derived from the monomer expressed by formula (x) is 0.1 mol% or more and 10 mol% or less with respect to the whole amount of structural units constituting the copolymer. In formula (x), R<SP POS="POST">a1</SP>represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group; and R<SP POS="POST">a2</SP>represents a 1-20C aliphatic hydrocarbon group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
