PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that boards cannot be diverted in conventional communication terminals.

SOLUTION: A communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base band LSI 602 which performs a base band process for communications; an application LSI 601 which has a vocoder function and performs a process according to the application; an audio LSI 610 which performs D/A conversion or A/D conversion on sound data; and a switch circuit 725 integrated in the application LSI 601 and configured to let a data path between an audio processor LSI 610 and a base band LSI 602 be connected.
