摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which is advantageous in terms of brightness, securing a sufficient magnification ratio, maintaining optical performances, and miniaturization thereof. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises a zoom lens having a reflective member with a reflective surface that reflects an optical path, and an image sensor, located on the image side of the zoom lens, having an imaging surface for receiving an image captured by the zoom lens and converting the same into an electrical signal. The zoom lens comprises a first lens group equipped with the reflective member and having negative refractive power, a second lens group having positive refractive power, a third lens group having negative refractive power, and a fourth lens group having positive refractive power, located in order from the object side toward the image side. When zooming from the wide angle end to the telephoto end, the second lens group moves only toward the object side approaching closer to the first lens group, and the distance between the second lens group and the third lens group and the distance between the third lens group and the fourth lens group changes.
