<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin-plated copper alloy terminal member having an excellent insertion and withdrawal operability, whose dynamic friction coefficient is reduced to 0.3 or less while maintaining excellent electrical connection characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The tin-plated copper alloy terminal member has a Sn-based surface layer formed on the base material made of Cu alloy, and further has a CuSn alloy layer between the Sn-based surface layer and the base material. The CuSn alloy layer contains Cu<SB POS="POST">6</SB>Sn<SB POS="POST">5</SB>as a main composition, and includes a compound, in which a part of Cu of the Cu<SB POS="POST">6</SB>Sn<SB POS="POST">5</SB>is substituted by Ni and Si, at a region near an interface on the base material side. Kurtosis Rku of the CuSn alloy layer is more than 3, an average thickness of the Sn-based surface layer is 0.2 μm or more and 0.4 μm or less, an area ratio of the CuSn alloy layer exposed on the surface of the Sn-based surface layer is 10 to 40%, and the dynamic friction coefficiency is 0.3 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
