The assembly (1) has an electromotor (2) comprising end shields, and a flange plate (4) for surface mounting of the assembly at a structure. An adapter (5) is connected with the electromotor by the shields and with the flange plate by frame-shaped damping elements (14). A peripheral part of the shields comprises three projections (11), where the projections and the damping elements are displaced from each other in a circumferential direction. The projections are connected with the adapter by pins. The shields and the adapter are made of metal and glass-fiber reinforced plastic, respectively. The damping elements and/or the seal are made of resilient plastic, and the structure is designed as a body or a combustion engine of a vehicle. The electromotor is designed as a brushless direct current (DC) motor.
