[Purpose] To provide a vehicle air-conditioner apparatus such that deterioration in air-conditioning feel can be suppressed while air-conditioning operation noise that annoys the vehicle occupant can be decreased. [Solution] An upper-limit value determination means that determines an upper-limit value (IVOmax) for the refrigerant discharge capacity of a compressor (11) of a refrigerating cycle for cooling blow air blown into the vehicle compartment makes a decision to increase the upper-limit value (IVOmax) as a target blowoff temperature (TAO) for the blow air blown into the vehicle compartment is decreased. Thus, at the time of low cooling thermal load, the upper-limit value (IVOmax) is decreased such that air-conditioning operation noise that annoys the vehicle occupant can be decreased. At the time of high cooling thermal load, the upper-limit value (IVOmax) is increased such that deterioration in air-conditioning feel can be suppressed.
