PURPOSE: A driver insurance calculation server, driving behavior analysis vehicle, and driving information transmission method are provided to offer warning display and alarm by using location information acquired from GPS(Global Positioning Service) and driving information acquired from an engine of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A location confirmation apparatus acquires the location information of a vehicle. A vehicle data output apparatus(150) provides an alarm function or a warning display function. When an engine(130) is operated, a vehicle control unit(160) acquires the driving information of the vehicle. The vehicle control unit acquires the location information of the vehicle by controlling the location confirmation apparatus. The vehicle control unit analyzes driver behaviors of the vehicle based on the location information and the driving information.
