PURPOSE: A portable terminal case including a fall prevention device is provided to prevent a portable terminal from being fallen from the portable terminal case. CONSTITUTION: A fall prevention device(200) is integrated with a portable terminal case. The fall prevention device includes a finger ring(210) and a connection unit(220). The center of the finger ring includes a through hole. The connection unit connects the finger ring to a case body(110). A groove for fixing the fall prevention device is included in the case body.
