PURPOSE: An inner circulation forced cooling system of an under oil device using a peltier element is provided to efficiently cool and expand a heat absorbing area by arranging a heat absorbing tube comprising the peltier element inside a transformer in a U shape. CONSTITUTION: A heat absorbing tube is fixed inside a transformer. A peltier element is attached to the heat absorbing tube and absorbs heat. Two temperature sensors are fixed at one side of the upper and lower parts of the electrical box of the transformer. The two temperature sensors measure the temperature of the upper and lower parts of the transformer. A controller comprises an A/D converter, a one-chip computer, a peltier element driving circuit, and an operating circuit. The A/D converter converts an analog signal inputted from the temperature sensor into a digital signal. The one-chip computer performs a control program mounted in a memory according to a control command.
