<p>Tumours are treated by an association of cpds. of formula: (in which R1 is carboxylic, sulphonic, urea or thiourea residue; R2 is H, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl or heterocyclic, opt. substd. or R1N- represents 5-6 membered heterocyclic ring opt. attached to other cyclic systems or substituents; A is a bond or lower alkylene; R3 and R4 are H, alkyl, aryl or lower aralkyl; n and m are 0, 1 or 2, m+n being not more than 3; Y is a bond or -NR7, R7 being opt. substd. alkyl, aryl or lower aralkyl or heterocyclic and R5 and R6 are opt. substd. alkyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, lower heteroalkyl or heterocyclic or together with the N represent 5- or 6-membered ring opt. contg. other O, S or N heteroatoms) with one or more cpds. with hormonal activity e.g. 2 alpha-methyldihydrotestosterone propionate or diethylstilboestrol.</p> |
