<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress mountain shaped heat strain, suppress peeling of a joined member, and suppress the deterioration of the thermal diffusivity. <P>SOLUTION: In a metal heat radiation plate 1, an insulative heat radiation plate 13 (a joined member) or an electronic component 11 (a joined member) is joined on one surface, and a heat sink 15 (a cooling member) is placed in contact with the other surface of the metal heat radiation plate 1. The metal heat radiation plate includes: a metal plate 20 having a thermal expansion coefficient larger than the insulative heat radiation plate 13; and an embedded metal 30 embedded in the metal plate 20. The metal plate 20 includes a center part 21 to which the insulative heat radiation plate 13 or the electronic component 11 is joined and multiple linear slits 26 formed in the revolving radiation arrangement so as to enclose the center part 21. The embedded metal 30 is embedded in each slit 26 and is plastically deformed by shear stress along the slits 26 more easily compared to the metal plate 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
