<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar light-emitting device of a COB structure which emits irradiation light colored to two colors or more and in which light-emitting elements are arranged in a boundary between two colors without spacing so as to effectively emit light. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 10 comprises: a substrate 1; a light-emitting element 4 arranged in a mounting region 1a on the substrate 1; a frame body 7 formed around the mounting region 1a on the substrate 1; and a sealing member which is disposed inside the frame body 7 to seal the light-emitting element 4 and transmits the light emitted by the light-emitting element 4. In a planar view, an irradiation region enclosed by the frame body 7 is partitioned into a first irradiation region 11 in the center of the substrate and a second irradiation region 12 surrounding the first irradiation region. These first and second regions are irradiated with different luminescent colors. The light-emitting device 10 further includes a light transmissive wall 6 for delimiting the second irradiation region 12 to separate a second sealing member 82 of the second irradiation region 12 including a phosphor, in the first irradiation region 11. The light emitted by the embedded light-emitting element 4 goes through the light transmissive wall 6, so the light-emitting element uniformly irradiates the neighborhood of a boundary with the second irradiation region 12 with light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
