<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for improving operational efficiency in a counter transaction and mitigating congestion in a reception window and an automatic teller machine. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic transaction system is formed by connecting an automatic teller machine 1 having a receptionist detecting section 18 for detecting the presence of a receptionist and automatically performing a transaction with a customer, to a business processing terminal 2 operated by the receptionist. When the automatic teller machine 1 detects the receptionist by the receptionist detecting section 18, the automatic transaction system invalidates a timeout setting of the automatic teller machine 1, and simultaneously therewith, displays a transaction screen that is displayed on the automatic teller machine 1, onto the business processing terminal 2 and allows the input by the business processing terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
