<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel material and a polysaccharide derivative composition excellent in water dispersibility that can form an emulsified product in which becoming familiar with skin is fast and there is neither an aggregation nor a separation with a salt, and that is excellent in a low temperature stability. <P>SOLUTION: The polysaccharide derivative composition includes at least one polysaccharide derivative shown by Formula (1), wherein the weight average molecular weight is 1.1 million-10 million.
