<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device including a fastener having high seismic resistance in which deformation of a cell is prevented by a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device comprises a cell block 2 formed by laminating rectangular parallelepiped cells in one direction, and end plates 23 placed at both ends of the cell block 2 in the lamination direction, and a fastener 3 which fastens the cell block 2 while pressing. The fastener 3 consists of a pair of bind bars 31 which are formed to surround the cell block 2 and the end plates 23, and installed on the end plates 23.
