<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slime cleaning method which can increase a slime cleaning speed, shorten slime cleaning time and improve slime removal efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the slime cleaning method, by making peroxide serving as a cleaning agent act on slime adhering to an inner wall face of an apparatus such as a water tank or water piping or the like, cleaning of the slime is performed in a decompression state. For the peroxide, hydrogen peroxide to be decomposed into oxygen and water is most suitable. The hydrogen peroxide is used as hydrogen peroxide water, and it is preferable that a concentration of the hydrogen peroxide in the hydrogen peroxide water is 0.1-10 mass%. A pressure in the decompression state is set to be 0.001-0.09 MPa, and the slime cleaning is performed under an acidic condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
