<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent nest building. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for preventing nest building includes: mounting fittings 2 and 3 arranged on both end sides of a cross arm 101; a plurality of supporting rods 4 arranged in the mounting fittings 2 and 3; and a plurality of guts 5 arranged between the opposing supporting rods 4.
