<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal device to prevent significant change in operability depending on the position of a foot put on a pad to enable stable operation. <P>SOLUTION: A pedal device 100 is an integrated type to enable both of accelerator operation and brake operation. The pedal device 100 has a baseplate 103 and a pad 105 put on the baseplate 103.
