<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate execution of AD conversion processing. <P>SOLUTION: A reference signal of first gain and a reference signal of second gain different from the first gain that are reference signals for converting a level of an analog pixel signal obtained from a pixel into digital data are generated in reading a pixel reset level and in reading a pixel data level, the level of the analog pixel signal is compared with the reference signals, count processing is performed in parallel with the comparison processing, and a count value at the time of completion of the comparison processing with the reference signal of the first gain or the reference signal of the second gain is acquired as the digital data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
