<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag superior in opening holding capability and re-sealing properties using an inexpensive material. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging bag 1 is obtained by causing sealant layers of a laminate having at least a base material layer and a sealant layer to face each other and by sealing a peripheral edge. A tape 13 including aluminum foil is adhered on a single outer surface or both outer surfaces at positions adjacent to an extraction opening 7 parallel to the extraction opening 7 via a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
