The pot has a metal plate having several large holes with a diameter of 1 cm and 2 cm, inserted into the pot. The diameter of metal plate is 4 cm and is smaller than average diameter of pot. A notch is formed at the center of metal plate, corresponding to the center of inner bottom of pot. A 1.5 cm thick metal tube is inserted into the pot through the notch and the tube is held in water stored in pot. The holes and notches differ in diameters according to the volume of the pot. The metal tube is formed with a bent edge at upper side, which functions as handle for removing the plate.
