A pixel structure of a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal panel having the pixel structure. The pixel structure comprises: at least one gate line (2), a storage line (5), a lower plate pixel electrode (3) and a first switch unit (6). The at least one gate line (2) is used to bring in a scanning signal for the first switch unit (6). The first switch unit (6) is respectively connected to the at least one gate line (2), the storage line (5) and the lower plate pixel electrode (3), and is used for receiving the scanning signal brought in by the gate line (2) and guiding an electric signal on the storage line (5) into the lower plate pixel electrode (3) according to the scanning signal. The pixel structure of a liquid crystal panel and the liquid crystal panel having the pixel structure reduce the number of PADs, and make the design of peripheral circuits simpler. A data line (1) is not used, so when the data line (1) is disconnected, the curing reaction procedure in the UV process is not affected.
