The rounded wire circlip (10) comprises a ring bumper (12) that is defined by mutually spacing annular ends (13,14) to each other. The face surfaces (15,16) of the annular ends are tapered such that one of face surfaces is inclined along a ring axle (A) of a torus-shaped portion (11). The circlip main portion is made of metal selected from spring steel. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) tool for disassembling rounded wire circlip; and (2) disassembly kit comprising rounded wire circlip.
