The threaded element (10) made of steel, comprises an external thread (20) through which the threaded element is screwed to a corresponding component of motor vehicle and which is provided with a coating layer comprising a solid film lubricant. The coating layer consists of a first layer made of zinc-nickel alloy, containing 85-90 weight percent of zinc and 10-15 weight percent of nickel, a second layer such as an organic layer, and the third and fourth layers comprising a sealing element (21). The threaded section (26) of the external thread is connected with the mold area (24). An independent claim is included for a connecting arrangement of two components of motor vehicle.
