PURPOSE: A vacuum pump is provided to allow a user to easily assemble or disassemble a dust filter inserted into a vacuum suction port when locking or releasing a nipple. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum pump comprises a housing(200), a front cover(300), a rear cover(400), a multistage ejector, and a nipple. A vacuum suction port(220) is formed in the housing in order to connect the housing and a vacuum chamber(210). A rear surface of the front cover is fixed in a front surface of the housing, and a hollow inlet chamber(310) is formed inside the front cover. The front surface of the rear cover is fixed to the rear surface of the housing, and a hollow outlet chamber(410) is formed inside the rear cover. The multistage ejector is installed at the vacuum chamber of the housing in a longitudinal direction. An inlet nozzle included in front of the multistage ejector is connected to the inlet chamber. One end of the nipple is connected to the vacuum suction port, and the other end of the nipple is connected to an external device with a tube as a medium. |
