Provided is a stereoscopic image processing device provided with: a viewpoint image difference calculation unit which calculates the difference between viewpoint images of a stereoscopic image; an adjustment amount calculation unit which calculates an adjustment amount on the basis of the calculation result; an adjustment unit which adjusts the property difference between the viewpoint images of the stereoscopic image on the basis of the adjustment amount; a repeated pattern information detection unit which detects information regarding a repeated pattern from the stereoscopic image; and an adjustment amount correction unit which corrects the adjustment amount on the basis of the repeated pattern information.
