<p>PURPOSE: A peeling device and a method for manufacturing an electronic device are provided to prevent damage to a base plate and a reinforcing plate while peeling. CONSTITUTION: A peeling device comprises a stage(20) as a support unit, a flexible plate(30), multiple movable bodies(40), and a control device(80). The stage supports a first main face(6b) of a laminate(6) to maintain a base plate(2). The flexible plate adsorbs a second main face(6a) to bend a reinforcing plate(3). The movable bodies are arranged along the exterior of the flexible plate and are independently moved on the stage. The control device controls the movement of the movable bodies.</p> |
