TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE OBSERVATION DEVICE AND TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE OBSERVATION METHOD

Provided is a transparent electrode observation device with which it is possible to obtain a measurement precision which is necessary to inspecting a transparent electrode which is formed in a surface of a resin sheet with lower ultraviolet translucence than glass such as quartz glass. Specifically, the transparent electrode observation device comprises: a light source (1) which projects a light which includes an ultraviolet light in the 200-300nm wavelength region with light translucence of 50% or less of a transparent electrode (P) which is formed in a surface of a resin sheet (F); an optical filter (2) which passes light in the 400-500nm wavelength region with a light intensity of 0.1 or greater of light of the resin sheet (F) which is excited and fluoresced by ultraviolet light which is projected from the light source (1); and a camera (3) which photographs an image which has a sensitivity to a wavelength of a visible region which passes through the optical filter (2). A site whereat the transparent electrode (P) is formed turns dark, and other sites will be photographed brightly. It is thus possible to identify the shape of the transparent electrode (P) which is difficult to perceive in visible light, and to obtain measurement precision which is necessary to inspecting the transparent electrode (P).
