PURPOSE: A social network-based investment risk-distributed system for supporting knowledge-based intellectual property right commercialization is provided to enable a technology provider and investors to take a reasonable commercialization way through diagnosis. CONSTITUTION: An investment processing unit(100) stores an output produced by a knowledge-based service for commercialization elements of target technology as project information. A project information providing unit(300) provides investment project information through a computer network. An investment share management unit(500) manages an exchanged share of the knowledge-based service which an investor invests for a project according to each investment project and investor.
