PURPOSE: A flow meter using an ultrasonic sensor is provided to enable a user to easily maintain or install the flow meter by conveniently disassembling the flow meter from a pipe and by easily controlling a gap for installation of the ultrasonic sensor. CONSTITUTION: A flow meter(1) using an ultrasonic sensor comprises an ultrasonic flow rate sensor, a body case(20), a sensor installation unit(30), and a fixing unit(40). The ultrasonic flow rate sensor is installed on the left of a pipe in order to measure flow rate in the cylindrical pipe. The body case is detachably connected to the left of the pipe in order to include a cross section comprising an arc which is over semicircle based on the cross section of the pipe. The sensor installation unit includes inner space in an outer longitudinal direction of a body unit(21) so that the ultrasonic flow rate sensor is fixed towards the center of the pipe. An insertion hole(31) in which the ultrasonic flow rate sensor is inserted is formed in the inner space, and a guide hole(32) is formed so that the ultrasonic flow rate sensor moves in the longitudinal direction of the body case. The fixing unit fixes the ultrasonic flow rate sensor to the inner space of the sensor installation unit.
