<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission, in which overheating of a clutch can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In a transmission of a so called dual clutch type, a control means has: a switching means for switching a first clutch and a second clutch based on a shift criterion; and an output means which receives detection results of a first temperature detection means and a second temperature detection means, outputs a high temperature signal to the switching means if the temperature of either clutch of the first clutch and the second clutch exceeds a predetermined threshold temperature, and outputs a release signal to the switching means if thereafter the temperature of the one clutch becomes the predetermined temperature or below, and the switching means, if a high temperature signal is received, switches from the one clutch to the other clutch or switches from the one clutch to the other clutch based on the shift criterion, and thereafter performs shift control using only the other clutch until the release signal is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
