<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gusset bag and a gusset bag with a mouth member, which, even when crushed in a hand, hardly causes perceptible pain, and a method for manufacturing them. <P>SOLUTION: A gusset bag with the mouth member 1 has the gusset bag 10 composed of an opposing pair of flat surface sections 11, 12 and an opposing pair of side surface sections 13, 14 folded inward, and the mouth member 20, wherein the flat surface section 11 and the pair of side surface sections 13 and 14 are comprised of a first film material, the flat surface section 12 is comprised of a second film material, and side edge seal sections are formed by sealing the side edges of the first film material and the second film material.
