<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell scaffold material that is excellent in mechanical strength and morphological stability and is also excellent in biodegradability and biocompatibility, has a slow in-vivo degradation property, and has an excellent adhesion property to a cell. <P>SOLUTION: The cell scaffold material includes a nanofiber having a polycaprolactone (PCL) and a copolymer of a polyhedral oligosilsesquioxane (POSS) and a polyethyleneglycol (PEG).
