<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method and a simulation device capable of highly accurately performing a tire behavior analysis using a numeric value analysis technique such as a finite element method (FEM). <P>SOLUTION: This simulation method uses a tire model generated by dividing a tire into a finite number of elements, in the tire having at least one of a skeleton member or a reinforcing member formed by coating an organic fiber cord with coating rubber. The simulation method includes a process A of generating the tire model, and the process A includes a process A1 of defining the skeleton member or the reinforcing member as any element of a film element or a shell element or a solid element, and a process A2 of inputting a Young's modulus of the organic fiber cord as a physical property value used for calculating tensile strain and inputting a Young's modulus of the coating rubber as a physical property value used for calculating compressive stain, to the element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
