The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cap opening tool set which enables the user of a container to reliably reduce the pressure within the container and which enables even a user with a weak force to smoothly loosen the screw cap. This cap opening tool set is provided with a ring (A) and a cap opener (B). The ring (A) has a guide section (A2) which faces the peripheral surface (C22) of a screw cap (C2). The cap opener (B) has a head (B1) which is placed over the screw cap (C2) and arms (B2, B2) which are extended from the head (B1). The head (B1) has a contact section (2) which enters between the screw cap (C2) and the guide section (A2), a top surface facing section (3) which faces the top surface (C21) of the screw cap (C2), and a needle (4) which is provided to the top surface facing section (3). The contact section (2) is brought into pressure contact with the peripheral surface (C22) of the screw cap (C2), and the needle (4) penetrates through the top surface (C21) of the screw cap (C2).
