The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water purification cartridge which has excellent water flow performance and excellent processing ability. The present invention is a water purification cartridge which is arranged between a raw water retainer unit and a purified water retainer unit in a water purification apparatus and which comprises a container that contains an adsorbent that filtrates the raw water and a hollow fiber membrane. The water purification cartridge comprises: an adsorption unit in which the adsorbent is arranged and which internally contains a water collection unit wherein water filtrated by the adsorbent flows; a hollow fiber membrane unit in which the hollow fiber membrane is arranged and which is positioned in the downstream of the adsorption unit and the water collection unit; and an air discharge port which is provided in the upper part of the container and is spatially connected with the water collection unit.
