The plate (1) has a guide (2) constituting a middle part of the support plate, where the support plate and the guide are formed as one-piece. Function arms (4.1, 4.2) of the plate comprise length of 0.5 cm to 14.5 cm, where the support plate comprises function elements (5.1-5.3). Rivet retainers of the plate are formed as reinforcing ribs (8.1, 8.2) based on connection of the guide with the support plate by rivets, and the plate is made of plastic i.e. carbon reinforced plastic. The reinforcing ribs are attached at the function arms.
