The fluid friction coupling (108) has an actuator assembly that is of electrically controllable type. A torque arm (106) is rotatably mounted on a drive shaft, for performing anchoring process. A primary assembly is coupled to the drive shaft that transmits rotational force of the internal combustion engine. The internal combustion engine is comprised of an electric drive unit (104) of a secondary module, and a rotor of the electric drive unit is rotatably arranged on the secondary module. A stator of the electric drive unit is attached to the actuator assembly. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for actuating fluid friction coupling; (2) a control device for actuating fluid friction coupling; (3) a primary component; and (4) a fan wheel.
